Returning a product
If you are not satisfied with your order, please read the steps below and contact customer support. Any product returns will have to be made within 10 days.
We strive for the best customer experience. If you find that your MONTA products purchased from our site do not meet your expectations, you may request a refund. Please return your purchased products within 10 days.
Note: we are not responsible for lost shipments; make sure to return your items by certified mail.
Returning your product
You can return your purchased MONTA products within 10 days from receipt. We can not accept returns and/or offer a refund if and when:
- You don’t return your product(s) within 10 days of receiving your order;
- The product or products have been worn, used, damaged and/or not returned in their original packaging;
Please note that clothing items will only be accepted if the original hangtag/label has not been removed.
Exchanging your product
Upon receiving other than your ordered product(s), or if and when your product has been delivered in a damaged state or is damaged due to a manufacturing defect please contact us for an exchange.
- If you received the wrong product(s), we’ll get you the right one(s).
- If the damage is a result of a manufacturing defect, we fully refund the costs.
- If the damage was caused by other reasons than material quality we do not refund.
We do not exchange products when you have received what you’ve ordered.
